RSG understands that when your site goes down, so do your sales. When we host your site, we require only 20 minutes of downtime a week (during off hours) and guarantee 99% uptime. We offer support 24 hours a day seven days a week. Not only do we fix problems, but we help prevent them by performing regular database maintenance. And if for some reason there is a problem, you can call us and leave a message to kick off our tried and true support process.
